    First of all i hate writing reviews. So this is my honest opinion of the vest. I had been going to the gym and did not notice my stomach going down as fast as i needed it to. After trying this vest it has been a miracle. I recommend it for anyone trying to loose weight while working out. I have order a few now because as i loose weight it gets bigger, plus i like the back support when lifting weights.

    It is a GOOD quality feel, and traps heat very well. Also if you go off the size chart it is true to size.

    I never post reviews of my purchases, but I should more because I always read them before I buy. I received my vest quickly. After getting it on with a struggle (I guess that is sordof the point) it fits great!! It is quite comfortable! Ive been wearing it through my work day for 3 days, and I know Im sweating underneath it, but you cant really tell that you are sweating. I have ordered a few because it is important to wash the vest specially after a long day. Totally recommend and will continue to purchase more!
