You definitely have to order bigger than you think you need. My jeans are size 10 or sometimes 12 and I had to get the XXL. It is very tight and hard to get on. I love the way it shapes me though. I find it to be worth all the trouble.

Surgical Garment
Bought this as a post op garment and it was awesome. Very comfortable. The legs don't ride up because of that gummy trim. It has 4 bra clips under the zipper. Adjustable and removable straps. I love it and will get another one just a smaller size.
