Very good high waist tummy slimmer, it is a tight fit but I love it! I'm still able to wear it all day long, plus waist cinchers are supposed to be very tight to do the job of shaping up your body. I think it's been really helping to shape and flatten my tummy. Though if you are just getting started with waist cinchers or if you have a hard time wearing anything too tight I would order one size bigger just to make sure it will be ok. This product also provides a nice back support specially if you work sitting on computer for many hours. It will remind you to keep a upright posture all the time.
